I'm a male, and masturbate sometimes, but unfortunately, have irritated my penis so that there is some slight bruising on its head, just a bit of discoloration, and have a physical tomorrow. I was wondering if my doctor would notice this, and if he would bring up such a topic.

As a postscript, would he tell my parents if he could infer that I do indeed masturbate???

He may not even need to look at your penis.. but if he does he will automatically assuem the cause and say something casual about it ... like "better take it easy in future"... and he will be most unlikely to inform your parents because it is not an illness that requires any treatment what so ever...and he will probably just say, if you are healthy that "you are a healthy teenage boy".
So chill out.. and ask him anything you want to know because that is your best opportunity.

They know what is a bruise caused by an accident and due to masturbation. Besides, if they see your balls or testicles are that small or have shrunk significantly, it is a clear sign you masturbate too much. That is also the reason why I stopped masturbating everyday. There are extreme cases that a guy would barely have a testicle hanging.
Tell your parents? No if you are not in danger or in bad health. They would usually advise you to slow down in beating the monkey.

provided that he catches you doing it. in any different case, there is not any everyday thank you to tell. inspite of the undeniable fact that, as a doctor examining a teenager boy, he will certainly assume you do on the grounds that almost another teen boy does masturbate- general and healthful. He did it too and particular nonetheless does on occasion like maximum adult adult males.

If he ask about the bruising just tell you you masturbate. It's nothing to be ashamed of. Masturbation is just a part of a healthy male life...

He would probably ask if the bruising is really severe but he would most likely ignore it... nothing to worry about... everyone masturbates... and the doctor is professional so he won't tell anybody... just relax...
If he asks about it... just smile... he'll get the message...

He will not judge you or tell your parents. His job is to care about your health, the other stuff he will gladly leave to your
minister. If you're worried about it, now's the time ask.
AND DON"T WORRY! He probably whacked off more than once in his life.

Well. . . .he could probably only tell if he can acually see the bruise. . .like for example: your bruise is where the skin covers it. . . .then he probably wont see it unless he pulls it back.
And he probably wouldnt tell your parents. . .i mean hes a doctor not a therapist
