The pickle has to be crunchy & crisp... a soft pickle is SUCH a dissapointment.
Also, I prefer my pickles to be cured in a garlic brine, not just a regular bath of salt & vinnegar.

Nothing mushy, that is disgusting. I like to add garlic cloves and fresh dill to mine and let them sit for weeks before I eat them. They have to be smallish, nothing too big. I think Calvin must have looked into my fridge! pickle peeper! LOL
