B = 4*V/N + 4*t
B - 4*t = 4*V/N
N*(B - 4*t) = 4*V
N = 4*V/(B - 4*t)

subtract 4t from both sides

B-4t= 4V/N

multiply both sides by N

N(B-4t)=4v

divide both sides by (B-4t) so that

N= 4V/(B-4t)

Solve it the same way you do for your last question "1/F = 1/w + 1/r, solve for r".
