I do a quick little meditation in order to calm the body and mind. Then I try to reassess the situation in another view if it warrants it. Sometimes its just me that got me angry or it was someone else. By coming at it in a different way I can understand better why I came to be angry and I deal with the real issue to make it go away permanently

Ok
responsilble way of venting anger: Read a book, listen to music.
Non-responsible way of venting anger: Scream, stomp around as hard as possible, break stuff.

When I want to vent anger I go for a walk. I find that walking cools your anger down.

depends on how angry i am
music helps me for almost everything, but if it's too big for that then i just do some karate stuff, esp. if there's a class later that night
i'm not that great on venting, but i'm amazing to vent to
