depends on the car...some power antenna mast and cable can be replaced for around $40 to $60..some antennas and motor are replaced as a unit and get expensive !! $150 to $400..what kind of car?

It is a scam....There are about 50 indications of it in the email they sent. Here are a few indications: 1. Ebay does not handle money in any way, shape or form 2. Free shipping by plane?? You can't just load your car onto a military cargo plane and ship it for free because you want to sell it 3. No access to phone?? 4. The choppy and bad grammar that indicates a foreign speaker, but she is from US?? 5. In the actual ad itself, there is gibberish at the beginning of the ad, being just random letters and numbers. This is common in scam ads End all communications with this seller. Any deal that seems too good to be true, 99.999999999% of the time it is a scam. For car purchases, it is best to buy a car that you can actually check out before you buy
