Oh, let me tell you how durable vinyl fencing is. If you have children or medium or larger sized dogs it is horrible. I have vinyl fence and I have regretted it since. I have had to replace the fence panels so many times that I've lost count and finally have learned how to repair it myself with old broken panels and vinyl fence glue. My children and my dogs have both destroyed the fence on many occasions. I suggest that you purchase several spare panels and at least three bottles of glue. Don't forget some large pony clamps so you can clamp the rungs while the glue cures. Oh, yea, and the little tops on each rung have a tendency to just pop off. However, there is good news, you don't have to paint it. If you have children or large pets then I am so sorry about your fence...Happy Gluing.

Your new vinyl fence should be very durable. The post should have been cemented into the ground, if there not that could be the reason why it's so shakey. The post could also be a tab bit too far apart. Could get a better idea of what is going on if you had some pics of your fence. But, I hope this helps ya.
