If you can tell the sexes apart, so can they and they will be trying already. Separate them as soon as you can tell the males from females.

The guppy could have a huge black spot a focused to the middle yet a splash closer to the tail. top until eventually now and after the guppy provides delivery the spot turns purple. pay attention of the guppies eating their youthful!

Well there might be a slight chance of the guppy to be all ready pregnant.. soooo if you want to make sure separate them now because they can get pregnant at any time.

Very quickly, but the brother/sister thing doesn't apply with fish. Just let them breed if you want, it doesn't matter.
