...if you're talking about the whimsical 1968 animated musical/fantasy/adventutre, "Yellow Submarine", apparently it is well out of print...even the special edition put out some time ago (MGM Home Video has released the film twice, so far).
Some of the private sellers over at Amazon, apparently still have it available, but expect to pay more than a pretty penny; regrettably, there's no word from MGM, regarding a third DVD release of the film.
