I would not endorse any law giving amnesty to illegal immigrants. If we don't stop this drain on America's economy, SS will be bankrupt in 25 years. When SS started decades ago, the ratio of those paying in to those taking out was 35:1. Now it is down to 4:1. Simple economics.

If I could pass any law or have one changed I would pass a law that says that if you are convicted with child abuse you will not be allowed to have anymore children. Too many times after they lose their children they just go out and have more, move to another town and just repeat the abuse.

Legalized Marijuana. Think of the money we'd save every year on the futile "War on Drugs".. Now think of how much the US Government would rake in with new marijuana taxes. It's a win-win, being that weed is less harmful than pretty much any prescription or over-the-counter medication (not to mention less addictive and unhealthy than cigarettes and alcohol). :-)

i would create a law that if anyone harms a child or elderly person there would be no second chance if proven guilty!

That anyone who REFUSES to pay their Court Ordered obligations for their BIOLOGICAL Children be REQUIRED to be jailed, that their income be SEIZED UNTIL that debt is paid off -- and that all states are REQUIRED to ENFORCE these child support payments EQUALLY -- and NOT disregard any cases where one parent is outside of the jurisdiction of the other parent (for example -- California is NOTORIOUS for NOT cooperating with the Enforcement of Child Support Orders -- which is why those who want to AVOID child support move there in the first place!)
