do they not realize how retarded the look? I dont say that to be mean, not just in a "thats out of style" retarded but they actually look like someone who is mentally challenged.

I wonder about that too. There's a kid in our neighborhood who wears his shorts about 5 sizes too large. As he walks down the street he hold his pants up.
That's like seriously running out of fashion ideas.

First it is not only brothers so get that out of your head, but I think the main reason is because they see others do it.Some guys have in their head that if their pants fit then people will that they are gay, which is not true....but it isn't always a good style but people have their own opinions in things...smiles

We live in the idiotic age. Now I heard the reason: arrested people in some cases have their belts taken away. And now criminals are the new "role models" for our young people! They want to look exactly like their "heroes": the hoodlums, drug dealers and jail inmates! Joe Friday [Jack Webb] of old tv 'Dragnet" must be turning in his grave!
