yes it probably has to do with low blood sugar. you also need to feed your metabolism more often. if you take a wet log and try and light it on fire with a blow torch it's still going to take a while to burn but if you've kept it dry and warm the blow torch will have no problem igniting the log. so with your body if you have a sluggish metabolism and then go running....your body might not be able to efficiently burn the fat stores (not to mention running is not a good exercise to burn fat because if you cannot carry on a conversation while running you have stopped aerobic exercise because you can't get enough oxygen (which is why you breath harder and you stop burning fat and start burning more sugars and protein and if you don't have the sugars there guess what happens) but if you have a reved up metabolism when you run, your body will be able to more easilly convert fat to fuel because it's already doing that.

Definitely. Everyone feels weaker when they are doing workout. If you feel really weak, drink a cup of Milo( it gives u energy but not so much calories) or eat a healthy bar around 45mins before your workout. Furthermore, you will feel weaker as you are cutting calories. DO it slowly so it doesnt affect you that much all of a sudden. Make sure that you take in all sorts of food moderartely. Good Luck!!

YES ! If you eliminate carbs or cut calories by mre than 10%, then you will lose too much energy.

If you work out, without plenty of sleep, you will get very fatigued during workout.

If you work out every single day, you won't give your body a chance to recover.

If you life weights and you run for 30 minutes the same day, you may get tired.

If you run before you lift, you will lose strength.

Yes, I think so. Make sure you drink a lot of water. You might want to start taking a men's multi-vitamin. Follow the directions.
