I would take all my stars name each after my loved ones, they would be in all direct relation to the largest and brightest star of them all, my heart-
I spose the constellation would be called my life

I would give each star the name of the person who gave that star to me and then i would take some time and think of a design that i really like, and that means something personally to me and then i would arrange all the stars to make that shape. And then i would it "Meus Decorus Amicitia", which is Latin for "My Beautiful Friends". :)
