Tomatoes and potatoes are the biggies that I know of, since they are both part of the nightshade family, and require the same nutrients, AND can suffer from the same diseases.

yes, it's called a vegetable companion chart. there is one for herbs too. I use it all the time even though I've been gardening for quite a while now.
