It may in the future, it depends on how many were minted in Denver (D) verses how many as minted in Philadelphia (P). On the edge after the date is the mint mark. As for now there are plenty of Washington dollars to go around and it will take a good many years for their value to go beyond a dollar. The coin at least did one thing, it sparked a question out of you. Must be a lucky dollar.

If the edge letterings have "2007 D" that means that the dollar was minted at Denver. It doesn't add any premium to its face value. The US Mint has facilities located in Philadelphia(main) and Denver(branch) producing the Presidential dollars for general circulation. The ones minted at Philadephia has a "P" in place of the "D".
