I know this sounds simple, but make a list of everyone you know, or if you were getting married today who you would invite to your wedding. Get a list together starting with just the names of the people, add the phone numbers, address or e-mail addresses of these people if you have them. Start with just a sheet of paper, but eventually you can put it into a database program or address book. Contact these people and let them know what you are doing now and you would like to help them or someone you know in your new job as a loan officer. If you can afford it put the names into a database right away and send a welcome letter of what you do and follow up with a phone call. Ideally you would like to begin sending a monthly newsletter to the names in your database. This should at least generate a few leads and if you stay with it eventually it can be a good source of business.

Screw mass mailings and spamming, and going door-to-door! I certainly have the appropriate Lead era there is. And, it rather is a secret! not, rather, our business enterprise makes use of call catch structures and loads of great merchandising. We paintings with 1000's of Realtors, and generate endless leads! the great component is you get not something yet involved shoppers and sellers. heavily, i'm not joking as quickly as I say, it purely basic works. yet, they are soooooo high priced and not effortless to maintain. i've got been in on it because of fact the floor point, and that i've got found out which you would be able to have somebody who's acquainted with what they are doing to construct the gadget. good good fortune anybody! hi there, once you're in Southern California, come paintings for us!

You MIGHT try schmoozing some of the local real estate agents with a continental breakfast at their office, along with an introduction of yourself and what you have to offer.
It works sometimes, and we real estate agents NEVER turn down free Krispy Kremes.
Good luck.

Hmm..well, I say just slowly cruise down a street, and look for some SOLD signs.
If you see the person buying at the house, go up and say:
"Well hi! Sorry to intrude but I was just wondering since you just bought this house, if you wanted to come down to [enter address here] and check out our great deals!" or something like that.
