I'm a conservative who just wanted to shut up these impeachment morons. Theyve got nothing but magical offenses.

I wouldn't. What high crimes (such as perjury) has he committed. I was glad he was President on 9/11. I am sure that Gore or Kerry would have caved in under that pressure. We are also lucky that Clinton was gone, and 9/11 was designed under his presidency. His reaction to all the terrorist attacks during his term was inadequate.

I guess the fact that he has twisted the laws and the Constitution to the breaking point isn't an impeachable offense. How odd, when that is the premise of being President. Swearing to uphold the Constitution is his first duty. He has failed and arguably, has set the precedent for the methods used in our government from now on.

Excessive Presidential power and extreme secrecy are not American. If Congress doesn't call them on this, we are all facing an unknown future and had better use extreme caution in who becomes our leaders.

WAR CRIMES

Specifically, violation of the UN Charter by invading Iraq and the Geneva Convention by torturing prisoners at Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo Bay.

And before you show your stupidity, the US Supreme Court already ruled that international agreements are enforceable in US courts under the supremacy clause of the constitution, Missouri v. Holland.

The only thing magical about any of this is your ability to ignore it!

There are no crimes he has commited that would stand up in court. There have been lots of charges (IE the Iraq war being illegal and the US was lied to to get into it), but the President has the right to declare war without congressional approval for 30 days and after that the congress must approve the war (Which it did)

Intentionally misleading Congress and the public regarding the threat from Iraq in order to justify a war against Iraq, intentionally conspired with others to defraud the United States in connection with the war against Iraq in violation of Title 18 United States Code, Section 371.

George W. Bush has admitted to ordering the National Security Agency to conduct electronic surveillance of
American civilians without seeking warrants from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review, duly constituted by Congress in 1978, in violation of Title 50 United States Code, Section 1805.

Stripped Americans of their constitutional rights by ordering indefinate detention of citizens, without access to legal counsel, without charge and without opportunity to appear before a civil judicial officer to challenge the detention, based solely on the discretionary designation by the President of a U.S. citizen as an "enemy combatant", all in subversion of law. (Note: This can also be found if you look up the Military Commissions Act and read up on it).

Has also conspired to commit the torture of prisoners in violation of the "Federal Torture Act" Title 18 United States Code, Section 113C, the UN Torture Convention and the Geneva Convention, which under Article VI of the Constitution are part of the "supreme Law of the Land.

He has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President, subversive of constitutional government to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice, and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

-Declassifying for political purposes:
On April 6th, 2006, court papers were filed in the CIA leak grand jury investigation, stating that Libby had testified that President Bush authorized the disclosure of select portions of the then classified National Estimate(NIE) on Iraq.

-Hurricane Katrina
The alleged responsibility of the George W. Bush administration in the mishandling of Hurricane Katrina has been suggested as failure by the administration to adequately provide for the need of its citizens.

Those who have voiced support for impeachment include some Democratic and Republican members of the United States Congress, various other politicians and government officials, demonstrators, scholars, authors, members of the media and, according to polls, a segment of the American people and international community.

Note: You can find all of this and in much better detail on the two websites I list below.

Misusing his power & authority

Treason....afterall, he did fly the Bin Ladens, his oil buddies, out of the country after September 11th. The Bin Ladens and Bushes families are old oil business partners.

Housing someone wanted by the U.S Government......he knows where Bin Laden is. He thought he was fooling America by switching the search to Sadam. For all we know, Bin Laden and Bush just needed Sadam out of the way so they could get the oil

Murder....for sending the troops over there to get killed so he could carry out his illegal agenda

......and I can continue for days

Looks like him and his lapdog Cheney have a lot to sleep on at night

Are these magical offenses or are your eyes too clouded over to see his endless inconsistencies? When the truth does come out, some of you will be heading for the 15th floor window

Violation of the FISA law would be easy grounds for impeachment. It is straightforward and Bush has admitted it.
