Question yourself first, "Why I am angry now?"
Reason out.
If you find the reason, you will find a solution.
Some say, count one to ten.
This is to give time.
But one has to ventilate his anger or it will
have stress on your mind.
That is what some say, go out to a lonely place
and shout to your heart's content.
In London, there is one park where one
can go, stand on the pedestal and
scold anybody or say anything...may it be
about the queen even.
TM will help to a great extent.
Some health deficiencies, like hypertension,
diabetes may also be the reason.
Keep healthy.
If you are angry, the best way is to backaway
from the scene, go for a long walk
and do some hard work like
washing your vehicle.
regards

I take a breath and consider in the overall scheme of things how important is the thing angering me. It is almost always not very important. Smile more :)

I run. I just pick a direction and run. Once I find a nice spot, I take my notebook that I never leave home without and I just write. Write my feelings and ideas and dreams and fears. I write until my fingers won't move anymore. Then, I finally take that walk home just to run away again.....

oh yeah i've definitely had a lot of experience with this lately. umm i would say talk to a friend about it, somebody who's not involved with what you're angry with. i've also found that writing it down or going out for a walk helps. =] hope this helps!

I usually just listen to music that goes along with my mood. I don't know why it helps me though, I would think it'll just make it worse but it works fast for me
