Sounds like a pregnancy to me, take a pregnancy test. You can still see your period even when pregnant (I know disgusting right).

If the test is negative, kindly get yourself to your doctor as quickly as possible to have a breast exam done or try checking for yourself - don't forget under your arm.

If you are not on any type of birth control or used some other type of protection it may be possible for you to be pregnant.
Also, if you think you are not pregnant, this could be psychosomatic (in your head). Your body will go through all kinds of changes when you are pregnant and sore nipples are one of them, unfortunately...It will get a lot worse too. I should know. If you think you are pregnant get a reliable pregnancy test and use it. If the results are positive you may want to retest or you can call a doctor and be seen asap. There is nothing you can do about the sore nipples. I did find that when it was cold weather they hurt a lot more.
Good Luck!

You could be pregnant. Their are rare cases of women who get pregnant and still spot. Go to the doctor just in case cause there is a syndrome called Padget's syndrome were the nipple gets hard, itchy, scaly and even has discharge, if left untreated it can be extremely serious. It begins with some pain and a lump. But you didn't mention a lump so I'm guessing pregnancy. That's how my mom knew she was gonna have me!

Depends what kind of pain it is. If it's truly pain pain, then yes read what these people up there said. If it's a bruise-type of pain maybe they're just irritated, smear some nice cream over them like Nivea xD
