That looks to me like it is already completely factored.

But this one is already completely factored! Do you mean how do you multiply it out? If that's the case, use the distributive rule:
5x(2x-7)(x+1) = 5x (2x^2 -5x -7) = 10x^3 -25x^2 -35x

That's the factored version of
10x^3-25x^2-35x
