A girl sings it. By the sound of her voice, I think that she's white. The vocals are semi-strong. She kinda sounds like Connie Bae Railey but less raspy. The beat count of the song is: one, two, three, rest.

I will be so happy to find this out. I'm going to sing the song to try out for my church band but only know that part. If you find this I will love you forever!!!
