the battery dyed

I'll have to go with the bad battery. Take the car to autozone and have the battery checked and the charging system One other less likely thought could be the ignition key lock. Good luck.

Sounds like a shorted battery or a bad chargeing system.Have these checked an your plymouth should be fine.

Are your headlights dim? do you hear any dinging from the key being in the ignition? If not you probably have a dead battery.

If not it could be an electrical problem, such as a fuse or a relay

Is your gear shifter firmly in park?

Maybe the battery, Remove and take it to Parts place and they will check for you for free, Make sure cables are clean and starter wire is good and tight, hope this helps
