All sounds good, except the bronzer. i would try a peachy colored blush on the apples of your cheeks just to give your face a bit more of a glow, and for hazel eyes i would do a grey color because it really brings them out, i have hazel eyes, believe me, it look great!

Do you look better in WARM colors -
ivory, tomato red, peach, orange, rust, golden yellow, lime, kelly, olive, aqua, turquoise, teal, bright purple, caramel, or chocolate brown, and gold jewelry? or
COOL colors -
white, pink, cherry red, coral, lemon, mint, jade, hunter, baby blue, royal, navy, lavender, eggplant, gray, black, or silver jewelry?
Beige is not necessarily a great juice - you need to add a little color, especially with a neutral eye.
Peach is good, especially if a warm palette suits you - also try bronze lip color, or a peachy rust.
If cool color palette, try pink, berry, plum lip and cheek colors.
For hazel eyes, try colors that contrast for shadow and liners -
greens, blues, purples, grays, browns. Use hues from 'your' palette [ mint vs. sage, baby blue vs. aqua, lavender vs. violet,
silver gray, taupe vs. caramel. ]
You don't have to do the 'threeshadesofsamecolortocontourandblend' bit - just do a line of color on the lashline.
Use your hair and brow colors as guide to color of mascara.
If hair is light and brows are light, try dark brown mascara and liner.
If hair light, and brows dark, OR hair dark and brows light, try black-brown mascara and liner.
If hair and brows are dark, go with black.
Consider shaping and tweezing or coloring eyebrows [ see eyebrowz.com for ideas ].
P.S. wear a bright or pastel top, it will make you sparkle!
