I would suggest checking out http://www.guide2disney.com

It has a detailed schedule on how to complete all the rides in one day. They also have separate itineraries for a variety of situations, so you can pick the best rides for your trip. You really can save a ton of time by using their suggestions.

Magic Kingdom-Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Big Thuder Railroad Mountain
Epcot Center-Soaring, Mission Space, Test Track
MGM Studios- Twilight Zone Hotell Of Terror, Rock N Rollercoaster
Animal Kingdom-Kilamajaro Safari-I waited a long time in the line for that ride WITH a fast pass! I have never waited that long for a ride in Disney World in my life!

Sorry...but all of the rides have long lines. Now when I went I got Fast Passes. You can get them anywhere threw out the park. They allow you to move ahead of the line at a certain time. I do not know if they still have them though, but is worth checking out. Hope this helps!
