Mine does too, they had the tennis player standing there and the headband (since sometimes I am rushing to pick up the kids after my session, etc,) it was perfect.
I wish they had duo pics so I could include my husband when I answer these. He would be the greasy, high class mechanic that he is, I would be the tennis all star, etc....lol
I tried to match me, I know some people don't, though....

No. My avatar is a piece of artwork that my daughter did in typography class. She used different color pages of print and the hair is made out of letters cut out of the font Rolling Stone uses on their cover. I liked it, so I asked her if I could use it.

Its pretty close to what I really look like, yes. same hairstyle, but my hair is lighter. Thats the only difference
