I had a free XBOX Live Silver account (but never a Gold account - So I don't believe it has anything like credit card info or anything saved on it) and a couple of game saves. I am guessing the guy that bought it from me will just delete the stuff as soon as he sees it on there. But is there anything on there that I should be concerned about getting in the wrong hands?

Why would you have entered any personal data on a game-memory card? If you didn't enter anything personal on it, than there is no reason to be concerned.

If its a silver account, I don't know why. With silver account, you don't have to pay for it, and thus wont need a credit card. You might want to make sure, though.

If you sold it to something like a GameStop or EB Games, the store will delete everything on it before it's sold anyway, so you'll have nothing to worry about.

You should, a guy bought a hard drive from e-bay once and found that it hadn't been wiped. It had the prior owners bank info and every thing. He called her and let her know and she sued e-bay big time.
