How do you use the pokeradar, and where do u get it?

Also, I've heard there is a way to get rare and shiny pokemon easier using the pokeradar in d/p. How do u do that, too?

You obtain the pokeradar after beating the elite 4 and completing the national dex.
Check on gamefaqs.com the pokeradar guide, very useful, and on youtube search for pokeradar and the first video will teach you how to use it.
Obtaining a shiny through the pokeradar requires you to have plenty of repels and keep a chain over 40 going.

alright this is easy first you must beat the game or get nation pok dex or both. Then rowen will give u radar then u use when u are in grass places but you must recharge by walking. Btw way go to the pal park place pro oak will give u something also

you get it when you get the national dex and you use it by going into a grassy patch and go to your bag and in key items is were it'll be.
