You don't need to be scared but wise. Don't pass that way for a while. And watch over your shoulder and keep your eyes open for this guy in the future. It is probably nothing but you caught each other's eye by mistake. Just be very careful and remind your parents about this again. You might also want to tell your teacher.

Chances are it may have been a random incident. It may have just been someone in a bad mood, and he didn't like you looking in his direction.
If it happens again, get the license number of his car and call the police sand report the incident, telling them that it has happened before, and follow their advice.
Above all, stay far away from him if you see him again.

"Be alert not alarmed," as our stupid govt. says in their propaganda pamphets about citizens keeing an eye out for possible terrorist activities. Though in this case the phrase might be appropriate.
You shouldn't be scared or worried. But at the same time, do be vigilant and keep your eyes open for unusual people doing unusual things. And in future, if you see them getting into their vehicles, take down their license plate if it makes you feel better. It might even help police solve a crime at a later date though it may seem totally irrelevant to you at the time.

Maybe he was thinking about something in his mind, just randomly put his line of sight on you, coz he didn't do anything to you, also didn't talk with you.
