See, you are smart enough to figure that out. Now why can't others? That's what the liberals do to our laws, they screw them up to get what they want, thus the Roe vs Wade decision years ago which has murdered millions upon millions of unborn sweethearts.

If you terminate a womans pregnancy against her will it is legally considered murder. It is not considered murder is she chooses to terminate it.
