you can have it shipped cod and pay with a money order. just check with the company first.

I would contact Paypal and ask them if you can mail them a check and let it clear the bank, thus giving you a "balance" in their accounts in your favor. Perhaps you could enter a "code" from Paypal so then you can purchase all you want without using a credit card. Otherwise, how do you expect to pay????? You can always look up what you want to order, and send the money to that particular person and then have the item mailed to you.
I guess it depends on what you mean by a credit card... you can use a "debit card", instead of a credit card. And I think you can "purchase" a debit card with $x on it, and then use that number when you "buy" on the internet. (I think the Paypal solution would be preferable.) It's not a credit card, so it still fits as an answer to your question.... vote for me!!!!!

You can use prepaid credit cards. You can get MasterCard gift cards at banks and many grocery stores in set amounts like $25 or $50. These can be used online. Unfortunately, they cost a few dollars to buy but there are no worries about what can happen to your account if you use a debit card to make online purchases.

if u have a bank account and a checking number, i believe u can go to the paypal website and create an account their and then 2 days later u can buy stuff off the net using the account they give u

Sure, many places allow you to pay directly through an "online check" rather than a credit card or through Pay Pal.

You can use PayPal... it's safe and secure. You can put your bank account info in it and use it to pay for stuff on ebay and you can buy just about anything on ebay. Just make sure you see the PayPal logo because that way if something happens, you'll get your money back. It's easy to use too!

It depends on the merchant, I have an option for my customer where they can print off a form and mail it with a check or money order.

You can Email the merchant to see if they will accept a check or money order. Many do.

u can use a checking acct or checkin card. u can also see if they do cod or even money orders.
