He must wear a hat, he must wear clothes which cover him from head to foot (vest, sweater, romper and definitely a coat and his feet must have socks and bootees on), he must be kept out of the wind and chill - don't take him out after 3 in the afternoon until he is a lot older as the evening dew starts to close in and that can cause all sorts of problems - good idea is to put a baby sized hot water bottle in the stroller if the weather is very cold (filled with tap-hot water).
The reason why a baby is swaddled in so many clothes when you take them out is because they are too young to generate enough heat on their own as they are almost immobile.
Always take a blanket to wrap around him - remember that the stroller is not centrally heated therefore put a blanket under the baby as well as over the top.
Never cover up his face with anything.

Fresh air will do him some good! He'll be fine! ;-) You'll just want to beware of extreme temps (too hot or cold) and bring a blanket in case you go in a store that has the AC cranked up. You'll also want to make sure the stroller has a shade that you can put over him to keep the sun off because he's too little for sunscreen.

Get some sunscreen made for babies (like coppertone waterbabies) to put on his legs and arms, but NOT his hands or face. Wash it off when you come back inside. Your stroller probably has a hood that you can pull up so his face is not in the sun. As long as he is shaded, you should be fine.

If it is really hot, you may have to nurse him more often, so he can get more of the watery fore-milk and won't get dehydrated. If he is bottle-fed, as your doctor about giving him a half ounce of water in the bottle.

dress him like you would yourself for the weather but remember if he is not pushing the stroller then he won't get quite so sweaty if it is hot and humid where you live and if it is cool or windy make sure you have a blanket to cover his body if needed
don't put a blanket over his face...let him see the world and smell the sweet air
have fun =)

u can use a small hat or even throw the blanket over the front of the stroller but make sure you keep him or her hydrated with their milk and not to much sun exposure have fun and use your best knowledge if any thing else go to what to expect after birth. like the pregnancy one.

According to the Darwinists, Man has been outside for millions of years.
If you mean is it safe to be out in the sun, just avoid the mid-day (11-3 or 10-2 with Daylight Savings time), minimize sun exposure, especialy to start. Fresh air is still the best bet; most cases of asthma are due to children being inside most of their lives.
If you must take him out during the heat of the day, try using an umbrella, etc., to shade him.

There are light coverlets that go over the stroller to protect the baby

A baby can certainly go outside when they're a month old.

My daughter went back to the pediatrician at 10 days old to make sure she was gaining enough weight....I nursed her.

put a little hat on him if you want to keep the sun out of his eyes...If his stroller has a visor use that. Fresh air is good for babies so take him out as much as you would like.

Never place anything over a baby's face. Just use normal precautions, shade from sun and make sure he is protected from elements, rain etc. and he'll be fine! Babies need fresh air just like we do! Don't worry, trust your instincts, if the weather is extreme, hot or cold, stay in, otherwise, go out and enjoy it with your baby! Good luck !
