I remember thinking I lost mine pretty early, too. Maybe at 32 weeks? I went to 38 1/2 weeks.

I lost it at about 34 weeks. I am now 38 weeks 6 days. I am still very pregnant and have been walking around dilated at 2cm for 3 weeks now. Losing your mucous plug that early really doesn't predict when you will go into labor. I still notice pieces of it coming out and it's been 4 weeks since I first noticed I had lost a big piece of it.

I lost mine at 33 weeks (had terbutaline injections at 33 weeks as properly) - I had my infant at 38 weeks. extra often than no longer, dropping your mucus plug would not unavoidably propose exertions is acceptable around the nook - my commonplace practitioner fairly observed because it an "overvalued sign of exertions" once I observed as and grow to be apprehensive approximately it. you may lose your mucus plug from the dilation and effacement of the cervix brought about by utilising your contractions ... i would not hardship too a lot approximately having lost it. while you're very apprehensive supply your OB a decision.
