What is the likelihood that they woudl serve me alcohol either on the cruise or on the Bahaman islands?

On the cruise ship definitely not. They will card you.
On shore, maybe, maybe not. Depends on the establishment.
Most want to keep in the good graces with the travel industry and will not take a chance in ruining their chances of repeat business.

At age 15, I understand your desire to drink, but you're to young. Any establishment would loose their license and be in bad graces with the cruise line. Where are your parents?

and cruise ships don't let kids on under 18 w/o a parent or responsible adult over 25...
