No. If you saw someone doing that you would think it was stupid right? Well that's the point they're trying to make. If you saw someone doing drugs, you would think it was stupid (hopefully!). Just a metaphor.

For one its not a metaphor theyre getting a point across and no people using leeches is not what people are doing a lot of kids smoke weed however because they think it is cool its not that is a easy way to get a disease most ppl get MJ from dealers MJ is healthier than ciggs if its all natural but they slip other stuff in there ya n obut seriosly no one uses leeches they hurt when they bite and u have to rip them off also leeches and most kids are to much of a wimp to Reason why its not a metaphor its not really comparing the 2 just the idea

r u jokin me???? do u really think teens would do dat, not even one teen would do dat. how old r u cause if u r a teen, u should not dat teens don't do dat. they r tryin to prove a point (a metaphor) like the most disguting thing but, if it was "in" people would still do it, they r proving a point bout the drugs.

No - I think it is just to prove the point that drugs are just as stupid (and self-destructive) as putting leaches on yourself. They are trying to show that peer pressure can make kids do anything, no matter how dumb it is.

No. They are just trying to prove a point to not follow the crowd. Be yourself and don't listen to peer pressure.

No, it is not real. But leaches are used for medical purposes, beleive it or not. I cannot but my tumb on it, but it is a disorder that useing leaches as treatmeat inproves it!

NO! Its saying, If you are stupid enough to do drugs, you are probably stupid enough to stick leeches on you. Also it's saying that doing drugs is just as gross, disgusting, and bad for you as drugs.
