We are using a Actiontec router and when I try to connect to Geeksquad from my wireless laptop it asks for a encryption key! I don't know it!

connect through a cable goto 192.168.1.1 the username is admin there is no password you can modify the password from the wireless settings

you probably have wap enabled in your router. go to your router configuration and turn it off
