My neighbor is burning copper electric wire remove the insulation And I researched and found out that it harmful to people to breathe the fumes of the burning insulation. A lot of people in the neighbor and getting pretty upset about this. The other day his flames got out of control and was burning his wooden fence down. And I have breathing problems and it causes me to have trouble breathing. So what should I do about this problem?

Your state should have a Dept of Environmental Managment or Dept of Environmental Quality. These are folks you need to contact. There are federal and local laws about buring hazardous materials and you really need to take action.

Call your municipal office, hazmat, or fire department.
Tell them what is going on & ask if it's allowed.
Many municipalities don't allow burning trash.
Most would have concerns about hazardous waste.

There are a ton of laws he's breaking and you should ask him to stop. If he doesn't then take it up with the law..

this should be reported to the health Dept..I'm sure there is an oradences for this kind of thing....
