i love shia labeouf but there are times to me where he don't look as good as some other pics i mean i love his hair when its dry not all wet or whatever it is but i love him so so much you tell me is he hot to you or just another boy from the block i have admit he looks different no celebrity really looks like him to me hes himself.

Yes. There are some guys who are physically attractive and others who's personality makes them attractive. For Shia, it's the latter. He has a real down-to-earth attitude and is hilarious. That makes him sexy.
