I can't stand this show and don't understand why it is still on the air. Its even worse than Seinfeld which was a show about narcisstic people and wasn't funny either.

I personally find the show hilarious (her brother is a hoot!!), and I still watch old Seinfeld reruns.
I don't know your age, but maybe it's about whether you can relate to the characters and situations. Seinfeld was a big hit during my "single" phase, and now I'm a parent. Maybe that's why both struck a chord so well with me.
Or maybe I'm a narcissistic jerk too! ;0P
But anyway, have you seen "Elaine" dance?? THAT'S TALENT BABY!! hahahahaha

I don't like the new show. I did like her in Seinfeld, and also thought she was hot in a few episodes.
She has lost me on her new "comedy", though... she isn't cute anymore, either.
