I think this might help. It works here on my computer, I think it will work for you too.
So, don't even think you can find the password for your mom's and dad's user accounts. Unless they keep them somewhere on the desk, off course.
Just start Windows in safe mode. If you don't know how to do that, push the power button on your computer, and then push and hold F8 button on the keyboard. After couple of seconds, instead of the Windows loading screen, you will see a screen that will allow you to choose different start options. You should pick the safe mode, press enter, and after that besides your mom and dad's account there will be account called Administrator, which doesn't require password. Just log on with that account, go to the controll panel, under user accounts, create your own account with your own password, and then restart the computer, and that's it. You will have an account, that your mom and dad couldn't delete, because you will be the only one who knows the password. Off course, they can beat the hell out of you, but that's another story. If you don't want to be cought, just do the same safe mode thing, log in as Administrator, and delete the account you have created, so nobody can see that you've been messing with the computer.
That's it. Another hacker has been born :)

You know how your parents/guardans have a locked and hard password to do? Then if you want to have acess to that do a little trick I do. Go to your parent/guardan and ask them what is the first letter to their password. Then as the days go by like every week or so ask them what is the second letter to their password. Then the third, and keep trying it untill you think that is the password to their account. So yeah try this trick out.

If you mean there is a password, as soon as you switch the computer on (CMOS Password), and doesnt get to the Windows log in, if you know the inside of a PC and are confinident - otherwise dont do it: Take out the battery and leave it out for about 2 mins and put it back in.

Your parents locked you out for a reason. The password will be a birthday number. Username probably the car brand or pet name.

locked? You mean like they are logged in currently or something?

If you can manage to get administrator rights you can pretty much do anything... go to control panels - User Accounts - and then set it up so you have administrator

they might catch this though....

You can try and find a keylogger which will record all the keys pressed on your computer... that might work too

I have no advise for keylogging though... i don't hack much, just know of it

im not computer nerd or geek or something but if the computer is locked u should get a screwdriver and try to open it. if theres a lock in the back get a hammer or crowbar and smash it until it opens.

Ask them the user name and password. If they've locked it, there is probably a good reason.... to keep you safe and shielded from improper usage.

Well, they obviously locked it for a reason. If they wanted you to be able to get into it, they would have told you the password. Don't violate their wishes.

I don't know the user name, but the password is probably *punctuation*.
