There are searh programs that you can use for that but most of them you have to pay for. One option is go from town to towns website and search their online phone books.

Well one way to do it is, if you have a myspace search their first and last name and see if that helps. If you really want to find this person you've gotta know there's always gonna be more than one person with that name. Another way is looking in your local phone book for the last name. Try looking on other popular sites too like facebook and hi5. Your bound to find your person eventually it just takes time.
