YES, just make sure it is at leats ATX V 2.0. ATX 2.2 is best because of high efficiency (less heat). They also have strong (dual) +12V rails.

Yes, as long as you don't run an SLI setup you should be safe. I run an SLI so I installed an 850 to handle the load.

yes, it will work. make sure it is the correct form factor for your mobo, i.e. atx, btx, ect. but most new power supplies have a converter that will make it the correct form.
