There was an internet about 10 to 13 years ago. It claimed it was faster then ISDN.?

It claimed it was faster then ISDN.
I forgot the name but I wan't to say it had red in the name or some color. Either way I get the impression they didn't have much success. Does anyone know what the name of this service?

There were only a few net servers back then. AOL was one of them but it was young.
