No veteran wants to go to LA because of all the drama?? what?? In case you guys haven't noticed, Billups opted out of his contract for...guess what...MONEY!!! He doesn't care about drama or anything like that...it's all about the money with 99% of all athletes. If the lakers offered him the most money and the pistons don't match, he would go to the lakers. Would that make Kobe stay? It would definitely help. But it's not like he has a choice...he's still under contract so he can't just leave.

First off, I don't see Kobe leaving even if he wanted to. There are rumors floating around about Kevin Garnett being traded from Minnesota to the Lakers in a four team deal.

Doesn't matter who you send to play with Kobe, Lakers will still lose. Kobe and Garnett, Kobe and Billups, Kobe and Shaq... It doesn't matter because that combo is still not better than Mavs, Suns, Spurs

Chauncey will probably not go to LA, becuase of all the stress and sh** with Kobe, I see him going to Toronto or Minnesota.

I doubt it but I think chauncey would want to make things work out being the player that he is.
Coming from an unselfish team..

Yeah...If they bring in anyone who's good and has a good history...K.G. Chauncey, Bibby ETC. He will stay with the Lakers.

no, if his ppl say that even if garnett comes to the lakers he would only think about it, and a power forward in the triangle offense is more important than a point guard

I doubt that he would want to stay is it was only Chauncy, but if they did this deal.... that would rock!!
