If vegetables are good for you then why...???

is vegetable oil so loaded with fat...???

Because fat is evil and an oil is kinda the opposite of a solid so, ergo, oil is bad because vegetables are good.......uhhhhhh, I think I overthought this answer. My head hurts.

They add the fat in after they squeeze the veggies... ha ha

i think its a different kind of fat.

For fish I know that salmon fat is good for you
