I made some home-made wheat tortillas from scratch, and some nicely seasoned boneless/skinless chicken breast sauteed with onions and bell peppers, and some cheese rice!!!

2 cups wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable shortening
1/2-3/4 cup warm water

First, blend dry ingredients
Cut in shortening, using your hands, until it kind of resembles corn meal
Start with 1/2 cup water and work it into the dry ingredients. If dough is still kind of dry, add up to 1/4 cup more by adding it in one tbsp at a time. Roll dough into 1-2" balls, and roll on a floured surface with rolling pin until about 1/4 inch thick.
:D

No thanks! Like, an hour ago, I just had chicken strips, fries, and lots of bread with butter at Black Angus. I am NOT hungry! =)
