i am getting a message with code cood11ba. and my volume knob on my keyboard is not working....thanks

Go to Google.This is a Windows Media Error code.Just type in Code cood11ba.,and it will tell you and you will also find and answer this way too.Hope this has helped.

If you're using a PC, then go to your Start Menu, then the Control Panel. Look for the option to adjust your speaker volume. If that doesn't work, then you may have a physical problem with the computer.

You may have lost the sound card software. You will normally find a speaker icon down by your computers clock. If it is missing then your sound card software got kicked off.

Well thats kinda vague check your drivers for your sound card and for your keyboard. try pluggin in head phones and checking the sound in your Control panel

Before you try anything else, just turn your computer off and back on again. My sound often doesn't work until I reboot. Bit of a pain really.
