It's completely normal. This is to prevent the painful accident of squeezing them in between your legs. That's what some people mean when they say 'Your balls drop'- they drop when they become more sensitive; also known as puberty.
You should be worried if they were even!

I think this is natural amongst men, dont worry .
Get some olive oil or baby oil and bounce them 20 times.

Puberty? I've never met a guy with perfectly even testicles. Granted I haven't seen a boatload or anything, but one nearly always hangs lower than the other.
I nearly crapped myself over the comment below mine. Please let us know if you take that advice....I'd LOVE to hear about it!!! :)

its ok dude, most guys do have 1 hang lower then the other, my left 1 hangs lower too and its ok. just like they say, dont fix it, if it aint broke.
