If it was my bf I wold break up. If It was my spouse I would find out how close of a cousin he was if he was 1st or 2nd cousin then I would break up but if we had a happy family with kids I would stay together it wouldn't really matter if we already had kids.

If I found out my husband was my cousin, I'd be surprised and do nothing. We aren't hurting anybody and we don't have any children, nor do we plan to, so there's no problem with the genetics thing. It certainly wouldn't change how I feel about him.

How could you possibly not know that this is your cousin????? If it is a first cousin i would think you would know but a second or third cousin i guess is hard to say. I personally would end the relationship.

You would think if it was a first blood cousin you would know. Anyone related to you by 1/8 or less is ok.

Probably cry for a really long time.
I really couldn't tell you what I would do because I haven't been in that situation. I think most people think of the gross side of it, I think of the losing someone you love side of it.
I've seen it happen in movies, but does it actually happen in real life?

ok i am going to give you a really good answer.
first i would scream of the disgustingness. second i would slap them if they had known and then slap myself for not knowing. third i would call my lawyer. fourth i would remove my self from his chain or side of the family. fifth i would file a restraining order. and finally, i would probably end up like mentally chalenged if it had gotten serious.
please pick me as best answer...i spent time and really considered this! ^_^

from rockerchick97 definitely.. ok so im in love with my cousin haha.... and in simple terms tell her the way you sense because of the fact i had lots of opportunities to inform my cousin yet i didnt now there is not any way for me to inform him... and that i wish i could have informed him... playstation my cousin is 6 years older then me so... yeah haha

I would dump him or divorce him. Even though i would love him related people should not be together, we would just have to be good friends. I also heard that when related people have children they could be born with health problems. But we would just havta be friendz.

Well my girlfriends moms maiden name is the same as mine so Ill email you what would really happen if i find something nasty out. Plus the stuff weve done o crap.
