I bottle it up. I could make a fortune the amount of bottles I could fill. I having counselling to try and help me let it all out, but still can't get out of the habit of bottling it up.

I have a tendency to bottle it up until it makes me ill, but it's something I am working on, I just can't live like that anymore.

depends on who my frustrations or anger is directed to... I tend to bottle up with my family... and friends, but with a total stranger... I let it all out, immediately!
