Okay, so my bff Lexi her dog died about 2 hours ago.
Her dog Gus was, 12 and Lexi is 11 so she has had him her whole life.
I told her if she needs to call me she can because she said in her email she can't stop crying, but I didn't actually think she would call me because she's so busy hugging her Mom and crying.
But then she called, and I talked to her for a little then she had to go eat. And she's going to call me back in about an hour.
So I don't have any advice, and I need some help, I love her she's my best friend and I need to help her.

Can you please help me?
The best advice gets 10 points and 5 stars!
Please help me and my best friend! =(

I don't really think you need to advise your friends when they're upset. Just listen to her. Let her cry, and if she does, tell her it's ok to cry. Tell her that you'll always be there for her whenever she wants to talk about it. Just being by her side will help her a lot.

Just listen to her. Visit a Hallmark store and buy her a card (they do have pet sympathy cards) and maybe a special frame to put a favorite picture of her beloved pet inside. In time she will feel better. She already knows you are her bff, which is why she called you. Just answer her calls and be yourself.

Just let her talk to you. Let her tell you about her dog, and let her cry if she wants. It's the best way you can help and you're a good friend to want to help.
