I have never seen so many retarded answers to a full face helmet question in my life. Just to quote a few tards
1. A full face helmet is heavy? .....Total crap maybe if your a pencil neck squid!
2. Most people break their necks in a full face?....Refer to the above answer
3. You can't see out of them?... What are you morons some type of walleyed giblers?... Formula 1 and Moto Gp, two of the fastest types of motorsports(as well as every type of motorsport) require the use of full faced helmets. They do that to restrict vision obviously.
4. You cannot hear in them?.... Like you can hear something with no helmet and the wind in your ears.
5. I would rather die than be a vegetable because of a helmet? That one took a true brain trust to come up with.
6. It's our right to choose. Yes it is, but it is my RIGHT not to pay a higher premium for your stupidity.
7. They give a false sense of security?.... To who? Anyone riding with that mentality needs to be culled anyway.

So, just because YOU like a full face helmet, you believe we all should wear them. That's not a question, but an observation based on your statements. You have some points I agree with, and some I don't. What I disagree with most of all is you pushing your likes down our throats. It's your choice to wear it, not mine. As far as premiums go, realize that I pay mine as well. Also realize that they are based on averages. In my area the majority of riders involved in accidents wear full face helmets while riding stupidly. I pay premiums based on thier accidents. While you may find it hard to believe that a person would not want to spend thier life either as a vegetable, or hooked to a machine, we exist.
I have my reasons for my choices, as do you.
The difference is that I don't tell people what to do with that choice, or take it away.

Hey Butt-head, I can't see out of a full face so I wear an open face. As far as all the motorsports racers wearing full face. Have you ever noticed that those guys are running in the same direction? Most of those guys don't ride motorcycles on the road because it's too dangerous. Maybe because they can't see well enough in their full face helmets to ride on the road where everyone is coming at you at all directions. To each his own man. Get a life!

I really dont care about your opinions. If you wanna wear a helmet, go for it. I dont and thats my right. I spent the last 13 months in Afghanistan getting shot at. If Im gonna get killed, so be it. Not to mention my wife gets alot of life insurance money. Riding a bike gives you a certain freedom that you should understand. How dare you try and tell me what to do. In short. Stop being a puss

Its a lot like sex. Its more fun without protection But likewise its not that great of an idea.
But it really is a personal choice (in most places) and its not my place (or anyone elses) to try and make others believe the same way I do.

So what are you trying to tell us? We all should wear a helmet because you do? Should we all eat what you eat? Should we all listen to the same music you do? I've lived my life without your input for 45 years and I'm doing OK. I'm sure there are people who somehow survived a lot longer than I have without your tutelage. Perhaps your efforts would be better used in the politics section. People there are trying to get SUVs banned.

i don't ride but if i did a helmet would be an essential piece of equipment. i seen lots of bloody marks on Interstates and i hate to think those marks are particles of riders dome-plates.
